Indications for: ATRALIN

Acne vulgaris.

Adult Dosage:

≥10yrs: Apply sparingly at bedtime to clean skin once daily; adjust amount and frequency as tolerated.

Children Dosage:

<10yrs: not recommended.

ATRALIN Warnings/Precautions:

Not for use in eczema or sunburned skin. Avoid eyes, mouth, angles of nose, mucous membranes, sun, UV light. Increased irritation in weather extremes. Discontinue if sensitivity or irritation develops. Fish allergy. Pregnancy (Cat.C): not recommended. Nursing mothers.

ATRALIN Classification:

Retinoid.

ATRALIN Interactions:

Allow effects of benzoyl peroxide, sulfur, resorcinol, salicylic acid, other topical acne agents to subside before applying. Avoid abrasives, astringents, drying agents, high-alcohol content topical products, spices, lime.

Adverse Reactions:

Dry skin, peeling/scaling/flaking skin, skin burning sensation, erythema, pruritus, pain of skin, sunburn.
