Aesthetic medicine:

Indications for: QWO

Moderate to severe cellulite in the buttocks of adult women.

Adult Dosage:

A treatment area: a single buttock receiving up to 12 inj (0.3mL each; up to a total of 3.6mL). A treatment visit: up to 2 treatment areas. Give by SC inj 0.84mg per treatment area; repeat every 21 days for 3 treatment visits.

Children Dosage:

Not established.

QWO Contraindications:

Infection at the inj sites.

QWO Warnings/Precautions:

Not substitutable with other injectable collagenase products. Not intended for the treatment of Peyronie’s disease or Dupuytren’s contracture. Discontinue and treat if serious hypersensitivity reactions occur. Bleeding abnormalities. Pregnancy. Nursing mothers.

QWO Interactions:

Caution with concomitant antiplatelets (except taking ≤150mg aspirin daily) or anticoagulants.

Adverse Reactions:

Inj site reactions (bruising, pain, nodule, pruritus, erythema, discoloration, swelling, warmth); anaphylaxis.
