Miscellaneous neurodegenerative disorders:
Indications for: RADICAVA ORS
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
Adult Dosage:
Use provided oral syringe. Give orally or via feeding tube on an empty stomach after overnight fasting. Avoid food for 1hr after administration, except water. Initial cycle: 105mg (5mL) daily in the morning for 14 days, followed by 14 days off. Subsequent cycles: 105mg daily for 10 days out of 14-day periods, followed by 14 days off. Switching from IV: use same dosing frequency.
Children Dosage:
Not established.
RADICAVA ORS Warnings/Precautions:
Monitor for hypersensitivity reactions; discontinue and treat if occur. Asthma. Sulfite sensitivity. Pregnancy. Nursing mothers.
