Description: For this randomized trial (ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT03114501), researchers are attempting to determine whether a partner-based yoga program is feasible and will improve cancer-related fatigue, insomnia, and overall quality of life among patients with head and neck cancer.

This study has 2 arms. In the experimental yoga arm, patients and caregivers will attend up to 5 yoga sessions during a radiation therapy treatment regimen. Participants (patients and caregivers) will complete questionnaires before initiating radiation therapy, during each week of radiation therapy, and after completion of radiation therapy.

In the waitlist control arm, patients will receive standard care and complete questionnaires on the same schedule as participants in the yoga arm.

After study completion, participants in the control arm can choose to take part in the yoga program.

The primary endpoint is feasibility of the yoga program; secondary outcomes include efficacy of the program as determined by quality of life questionnaires.
